StARs

All, first, second and third year students elect Student Academic Representatives from among their peers, which will then sit on the Department board to have a say in many departmental affairs.The Economist’s Society provides the platform for the StARs to exchange ideas and prepare board meetings. It provides the crucial link between all students at the Department and facilitates concerted action.All elected StARs are automatically members of this forum and will be invited to its monthly meetings.

Please contact our StARs for any queries you might have regarding the course, and also let them know about any problems or suggestions you have about tutorials, problem sets or lectures. They are there to help you get the most out of your education and to improve the academic experiences of students for years to come!
