Yael Selfin is the chief economist at KPMG UK, with over 20 years of experience in advising both private and public sector clients on the global economic outlook and the subsequent impact on their businesses. Her areas of expertise include private equity, investment management, financial services, and government and public sector.
In 2016, she has won the City A.M. Analyst of the Year award and was also named one of City A.M.’s Power 100 Women. She is currently also a member of the Bretton Woods Committee.

Yael will be discussing what exactly it is that being a chief economist entails and the impact that her work has on KPMG, its clients, and the financial sector as a whole.
