Economics for a modern world

​The Economist’s Society are proud to announce that we held the UCL ECONOMICS CONFERENCE in October 2019 for the second year. 

This year’s theme of conference was: “Economics for a Modern World”. We received some of the most distinguished economists and speakers from around the world, working in some of the most prestigious institutions. At the conference, these speakers delivered talks on a wide range of topics including entrepreneurship and innovation, migration and inequality.
